RETURN POLICY - GUARANTEES
Attach a copy of the purchase invoice, specify the refund method (PayU, Paypal, Epayco, a transfer to the bank account).
Once approved, to Return or Guarantee, must be agreed with seller where to make the shipment.
After sending the package, inform us of that by sending an email to email@example.com
ELIGIBILITY OF RETURN OR GUARANTEE ITEMS
Customers have the right to return any purchased item if it meets some of the causes of return and seller's warranties. It is possible to say if the Seller does not have policies of return and guarantee will be applied the ones of Exportala.com, that can review them to the foot of this article.
Define the reason within 14 (fourteen) calendar days from the time of receipt of such items from the Seller or Seller's representatives. Items can be returned if their consumer properties, factory labels, and condition are retained.
Customers have the right to notify the Seller of any defect detected and require their rectification within 14 calendar days from the receipt of Seller's Articles or Seller's representatives. The only exception is defects caused by improper handling of items by the customer.
Sellers have the right to refuse to accept returns and warranties if they do not comply with the return policies of each seller.
In these cases there is no refund of money.
To return the items, you must send the copy of the proof of purchase and fill out the return request form.
Note: Our Return and Warranty policy is described above. According to the law, stores are legally obliged to publish their Return Policy. If a store does not publish a return policy, the law requires the store to accept returns within 14 days after purchase.
